The Landmark’s highest floor is an exclusive space reserved for the House’s most important clients. Accessed by invitation only, the tenth-floor private dining room features a chef’s kitchen and can accommodate a wide range of client events and appointments. Peter Marino is well-known for his iconic residential spaces, and this is demonstrated on the 10th floor, where eight rooms are quietly embedded within the surrounding retail floors. Guests circulate from the elevator through to reception and from there, clients can move to a further set of private spaces including the Library, Schlumberger Gallery, the Schlumberger Studio, a Salon, Lounge (complete with a bar area), Drawing Room, and Private Dining.
