Victoria Wirth Reynolds is chief gemologist and vice president of global merchandising – high jewelry for Tiffany & Co. In this capacity, she is responsible for the product development of high jewelry, as well setting the global strategy for the growth and development of this category, while serving as a key spokesperson for the brand, providing gemological expertise to clients and press from around the world.
Ms. Reynolds joined Tiffany in 1987 and has a held several management positions. She began her career with Tiffany in the Custom Design department, and after two years was promoted to the diamond office, where she worked as a diamond grader for four years. In 1992, she was promoted to Manager of Custom Design, where she worked until 1995, when she moved to Business Sales as Manager of the New York and New England regions. She was promoted to Director of these regions and became Senior Director in 2013, at which time she assumed full responsibility for both Business Sales and Sports Marketing. In 2016, she transitioned to Senior Director of high jewelry and was promoted to vice president in 2017.
Victoria is a 1985 graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and received a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America in 1991.
