Tiffany & Co. Presents Its Iconic Tennis Trophies at the 2021 US Open®

NEW YORK, NY — Tiffany & Co. is proud to present for the 34th year in a row its legendary US Open^® Singles and Doubles Championship Trophies that the House first designed in 1987 and has handcrafted at its hollowware workshop ever since.

The elegant Singles Championship Trophy—awarded on Saturday, September 11 to Emma Raducanu—weighs 10 pounds and stands 18 inches in height. During her stellar performance, Raducanu wore Tiffany Victoria® earrings, Tiffany T1 bracelet and ring, and a Tiffany cross pendant.

Tiffany’s master artisans at its Cumberland, Rhode Island workshop employ age-old techniques such as spinning, silversmithing, chasing, hand engraving and polishing to create the trophy over a course of approximately six months for a total of 66 hours of labor. The league’s previous name, “The United States Lawn Tennis Association”—used from 1881 until 1975—and the full name of the US Open^®, “The United States Open Tennis Championship” are both engraved on the front. The champions’ names are engraved on the back.

Tiffany also creates the US Open^® Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles Bowl each year. Having debuted alongside the Single’s Championship Trophy in 1987, these legendary tennis trophies are each a sophisticated tribute to the tournament and illustrious symbols of Tiffany’s world-renowned craftsmanship.

Tiffany & Co. Debuts “ABOUT LOVE” Campaign Film Starring Beyoncé and JAY-Z

NEW YORK, NY — Today Tiffany & Co. debuts the “ABOUT LOVE” campaign film starring powerhouse couple Beyoncé and JAY-Z. The film by acclaimed director Emmanuel Adjei features a highly anticipated musical performance of the classic song “Moon River.” Made famous in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the iconic tune is reimagined with vocals by Beyoncé and captured by JAY-Z on a Super 8 camera.

Throughout the campaign film, Beyoncé wears an assortment of incredible diamond-intensive pieces, including the Tiffany Diamond. The Tiffany Diamond is considered among the most important gemstone discoveries of the 19th century and symbolizes the brand’s rich heritage. House icons including designs from Jean Schlumberger and the Tiffany T collection are also featured in the campaign film. Most notably, JAY-Z wears Jean Schlumberger’s legendary Bird on a Rock brooch that Tiffany artisans reimagined as a pair of one-of-a-kind cuff links. Jean Schlumberger was best known for dressing high society’s elite in the 1960s and ’70s; it is appropriate that his unmistakable designs live out his legacy on one of today’s greatest creative forces.

The Orum House in Los Angeles serves as the setting for the film, in which nostalgic flashbacks are interwoven with cinematic, dreamlike visuals. Designed by architect Zoltan Pali, the three-level, 18,800-square-foot home floats above its surrounding Bel Air landscape and was personally selected by the Carters for the film.

A result of close collaboration and a shared vision between both the Carters and Tiffany & Co., the film is stripped down and raw, capturing the Carters’ indescribable chemistry through stolen moments of intimacy. It is a story of longing and reunion—a bond that transcends space and time.

“ABOUT LOVE” launched globally in print on September 2 and the accompanying film will debut on tiffany.com on September 13 and be amplified through global media activations starting September 15. The campaign will further unfold later this year with additional films created by acclaimed director Dikayl Rimmasch and second unit director Derek Milton. About Love Scholarship program in partnership with BeyGOOD and the Shawn Carter Foundation. As part of the campaign announcement, Tiffany & Co. pledged USD $2M in scholarship funding for students in the arts and creative fields at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Online applications will open at each participating school on Friday, September 10 and close on Sunday, September 26 at 11:59 PM EST.

Tiffany & Co. Transforms Its Famed Blue Box in Limited Series of Sculptures by Daniel Arsham

NEW YORK, NY —Tiffany & Co. unveils an exclusive collaboration with New York-based contemporary artist Daniel Arsham that releases globally today. Bringing together their shared ideals of innovation, masterful craftsmanship and rebellious creativity, Tiffany and Arsham created an exclusive series of 49 eroded bronze sculptures that reimagine the Blue Box in Arsham’s distinct aesthetic. The artworks feature a custom hand-finished patina that nods to both Tiffany’s proprietary hue and the Arsham Studio color.

“I always gravitate towards items that are immediately culturally recognizable. The Tiffany Blue Box^® has that power,” said Daniel Arsham. “I wanted to address it in a way different than how it was originally intended by giving it a distressed, aged quality which represents its history, how much of a fixture it is in our world today, and how it will continue to be relevant decades, even centuries from now.”

The Bronze Eroded Tiffany Blue Box^®is the latest expression of Arsham’s ‘Future Archeological’ series of artworks in which the artist recontextualizes contemporary objects through the lens of an imagined future. The artist creates tension in time in bridging past, present and future, achieved through the sculptures’ patina and distorted quality. The 49 works of art rethink an important piece of Tiffany’s heritage, reimagining an indispensable piece of modern culture. Contrasting with the rugged forms of the sculpture, clients will discover a limited-edition Tiffany Knot x Arsham Studio bracelet in 18k white gold with diamonds and tsavorites inside the box. A tribute to the energy and character of New York, the chain-link-inspired Tiffany Knot collection is subversive and individualistic, elegant and contemporary. Tsavorite, a Tiffany legacy gemstone that the House introduced to the world in 1974, is another nod to Tiffany’s and Arsham Studio’s signature hue. This

Tiffany & Co. Introduces Three New Global House Ambassadors

NEW YORK, NY — Tiffany & Co. unveils today that Anya Taylor-Joy, Eileen Gu and Tracee Ellis Ross are its newest global House ambassadors. Ushering in a new creative vision for the storied jeweler, today, Taylor-Joy, Gu and Ross make their debut in the 2021 Tiffany T1 campaign, ‘Give Me the T,’ launching across Tiffany platforms on Tuesday, June 15.

“Growing up, I would often wander through the flagship store on Fifth Avenue, imagining myself as a grown woman wearing the bold elegance of Tiffany’s signature diamonds. All these years later, to be the face of this iconic brand and to represent the T1 collection is a dream come true,” said Tracee Ellis Ross. “Shooting the campaign was a welcome moment of inspiration and glamour after the challenging year that we’ve all experienced.”

Showcasing Tiffany’s signature collection through a pared-down, contemporary lens, Taylor-Joy, Gu, and Ross star in three vignettes obliquely centered around the letter T. Highlighting the design’s bold forms, striking pavé diamonds and intricate craftsmanship, the campaign was shot by Mario Sorrenti in New York City. While the story behind Tiffany T1 remains centered on inner strength and individuality, the breadth of the collection has evolved over the past year to include new bracelet, earrings and pendant styles, as well as new 18k white gold iterations. In the ‘Give Me the T’ campaign, Taylor-Joy, Gu and Ross layer the new designs with other striking T1 pieces—such as the T1 choker with nearly 250 round brilliant and baguette diamonds totaling over 13 carats—showcasing how the collection creates opportunities for self-expression.
